How it works from Sydney
Your GP or specialist sends a referral, or you enquire directly and we help arrange one. You then meet your consultant psychiatrist in a secure telehealth appointment, receive a personalised plan, and we coordinate ongoing care with your GP. Appointments are available Monday to Friday during Queensland business hours. Please note that during daylight saving, Sydney is one hour ahead of Queensland, so our team will confirm your appointment time in Sydney time when you book.
Medicare and referrals
A valid referral from your GP or another specialist is required to claim a Medicare rebate for a psychiatry consultation. If you have a regular GP in Sydney, they can provide this and share useful background information. If you are not sure how to start, our team can guide you and your GP through the referral process.
